Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with LunarPDF. This policy outlines when and how you can receive a refund.

24-Hour Pass (US$1.00)

The 24-Hour Pass grants immediate access to all features for 24 hours from the time of purchase. Due to the low cost and instant-access nature of this product:

• Refunds are available if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service during your 24-hour window. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase with a description of the issue.
• Refunds are not available simply because you did not use the pass within the 24-hour window.

Annual Plan (US$10.00/year)

The Annual Plan is a recurring yearly subscription. Our refund terms are as follows:

• Within 14 days of purchase or renewal — You may request a full refund, no questions asked. This serves as your cooling-off period.
• After 14 days — We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining subscription period. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your Annual Plan at any time:

1. Log in to your LunarPDF account.
2. Go to Settings → Billing.
3. Click “Cancel subscription”.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to all features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@lunarpdf.com with:

• Your account email address.
• The date of purchase.
• The reason for your refund request (if applicable).

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund. If the Service has a minor failure, we will remedy the issue within a reasonable time. Your consumer guarantee rights are not affected by this policy.
