Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LunarPDF (“the Service”), operated by Curble Pty Ltd (ABN 71 605 512 776), trading as LunarPDF (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration

To use LunarPDF, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

2. Service Description

LunarPDF is a web-based PDF editing platform that allows you to view, edit, annotate, merge, split, sign, and convert PDF documents. The Service is provided “as is” and we may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Plans and Pricing

We offer the following paid plans:

  • 24-Hour Pass — US$1.00 for 24 hours of full access to all features. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
  • Annual Plan — US$10.00 per year for unlimited access to all features. This is a recurring subscription that renews automatically unless cancelled.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, store, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any other malicious software.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.
  • Use the Service for any automated or bulk processing without our prior written consent.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service to third parties.
  • Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

6. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all documents and files you upload to LunarPDF (“Your Content”). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content. By uploading files, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

We will not access, use, or share Your Content for any purpose other than providing the Service, unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

7. Storage and Data Retention

Your documents are stored securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 with encryption at rest. Storage limits may apply depending on your plan. If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months or your subscription expires, we may delete your stored documents after providing 30 days' notice via email.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by Curble Pty Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curble Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow you to download your files, after which it may be permanently deleted.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
